Reuse requires attribution to Estate Settlement Cost and, where practical, a link to the canonical dataset page.
The underlying government statutes, session laws, court fee schedules, court forms, and other official legal text quoted or cited here are public-domain government edicts or are otherwise governed by the publishing body’s own terms. This site does not claim ownership of that underlying law text and is not attempting to relicense it. The CC BY licence applies only to this site’s compilation, editorial framing, and dataset packaging.
